The Drywall Process is relative to what's required to bring your project into a completed state; with too many variables to account for between one project to another. Within our quote, the proposed "Project Timeline", is the window of working days we expect the project to be fully completed within.

With the quote, however, we are limited in our abilities to account for any "External Factors", which can alter the amount of time taken to finish the project.

External Factors:

- We can not account for delays and/or unforeseen circumstances that occur from the point C&C Drywall begins the project.

- Example: If other trades are being coordinated during the process and they need to be given time to complete their tasks within the workspace, our team will be forcibly delayed and it will affect the timeline.

- Additions to the scope of work– which will require additional time, labor and materials to resolve– prolonging the duration to complete the project.

C&C Drywall's standard protocol is to be responsible for supplying the materials to complete the project, and is what we recommend. Outside of smaller projects and repairs, which our team will personally handle, we call on our trusted supplier at D.L Building Materials to send out a crew who will prep, deliver and load everything into the property; having it ready for our team to begin working soon after.

However, if you are willing to undertake this responsibility– for example, if you have your own supplier– we are open to this request, and we can rework your quote to reflect this change.

From start to finish C&C Drywall takes great care in maintaining a clean workspace. After the completion of each trade, the team will sweep and pick up any lingering debris as a result of the process, and ensure a clean floor-space for the following trade. This is done through every step until the completion of the project, where there's one last big cleanup.

With any waste and debris, we package everything up in heavy-duty, black garbage bags and remove them from the workspace:

- If the property has a construction (waste) bin, our team will carry everything out and throw them out there.

- If there isn't a waste bin, our guys will carry everything out and place it by the front of the property (or to wherever is requested); ready to be collected by the city's garbage collectors.

Depending on the conditions of the workspace and/or work being completed, we will make use of additional measures needed, which can include:

- Hanging plastic around the workspace; this is mainly used to prevent dust from spreading around the property and any furniture.

- Laying down floor protection which can be needed if the workspace is on finished floors; as to not scratch or potentially damage anything.

C&C Drywall is happy to accomondate any new additions, or adjust to any revisions needed for the project. We're here to work hand-in-hand with you, to ensure your project is completed exactly how it needs to be.

However, any additions to the scope of work– encompassing all work not defined in the project's Estimate– will be addressed in the form of a Change Order.

For clients who don't have a definitive start date in mind, and/or the project is a stage or two behind from when we can begin the process, it's not an issue. Once the Work Order is initiaited, the project is secured with C&C Drywall.

When the time comes for our team to take-over, you just need to give us at least a week's notice from the start date to prepare, and have everything ready to go.
