    Located around Baseline, is a brand new Custom Home, standing at 3,400sq.ft of living space. The project includes a multi-layered tray ceiling running across the kitchen/dining space, a vaulted ceiling over the living room, and drywall returns across the entire property.

     

    Our team took care of this project from the framing, which includes all the columns, bulkheads and windows (to prepare for drywall returns) on all floors, to the completion of sanding

  • 702 & 704 Carmella Crescent

    This semi-detached project notably includes the installation of custom curved drywall on the stairwells/walls, as well as Fireproofing and Soundproofing (2 layers of 5/8" Drywall) on the parting wall

     

    Our team took care of this project from the installation of drywall, to the completion of Sanding

  • 209 Iona Street

    This project includes a vaulted stairwell and we installed caulking to fix any holes on all trim

     

     Our team took care of this project from the installation of drywall, to the completion of Primer & Painting

  • 2979 Merivale Road

    This custom home consists of a "Left Unit", made up of the Top Floor and the left sides of the Main Floor and Basement. With a "Right Unit" that consists of the right side of the Main Floor and Basement, as well as the full Garage. This project includes a massive vaulted, tray ceiling across the living room of the left unit, as well as Fireproofing and Soundproofing (Resilient Channel and 1-2 layers of 5/8" Drywall) throughout both units.

     

    Our team took care of this project from the framing of the tray ceiling and installation of Resilient Channel, to the completion of Sanding

    Located right in front of the Saint Paul University, is a brand new home: consisting of an "Upper" Unit with the Top Floor and a seperate "Lower" Unit made up of the Main Floor and Basement, standing at an aggregate of 4,215 sq.ft.

    This project runs from the installation of resilient channel and drywall, to the completion of sanding.

    Ongoing Project

    314 Queen Elizabeth Drive Way

    Overlooking the Rideau Canal, this 5 floor property, with a dedicated elevator shaft, is experiencing a large scale renovation. After the demo, the property stands at 4,004 sq.ft.

    This project runs from the installation of drywall, including the installation of trimless, Tear Away cornerbeads on all windows, to the completion of sanding.

    1639 Century Road East

    Out in Kars, this property is being expanded with a new garage and a seperate, upper level addition resting on top of the garages.

    This project is to take these additions, as well as the existing garage, from the installation of drywall, to the completion of sanding.

    Located in the heart of downtown, this semi-detached home is going through a large-scale renovation; including a newly framed addition at the back of the property to expand the living space.
