  • Drywall

Whether you are looking to renovate a single room, redesign your entire home or have a newly built project that needs to be brought to completion, our team has the skills and expertise to deliver high-quality results!

  • Backing

Within a newly framed workspace, if the ceiling haven't been fastened with any backing, our team can install what's needed to enable the installation of Drywall

  • Strapping

The standard. Thin, 1" thick wood strips will be installed across each ceiling at 16" on-center (or otherwise the distance stated in the project's specifications)

    Resilient Channel

If you're looking to have Resilient Channel as a soundproofing agent, it will provide the same function as regular wood strapping.

  • Sheets of Drywall

As we're in the process of Drywall Installation, depending on the specifications of the project and its measurements, we will make use of CGC Gypsum Board with the following specs

  • 1/2" Drywall

The standard. Unless specified otherwise for the project, regular 4ft sheets of 1/2" thick Drywall will be used to complete the boarding.

    5/8" Drywall

5/8" thick Drywall is necessary to adhere to fire-code (primarily Type X, 5/8" Drywall) for Commercial properties and seperated living spaces. For personal projects, installing 5/8" Drywall can be used as a primary, or complimentary, soundproofing agent within your living space.

    54" Drywall

The regular sheet of drywall stands at 4ft high. Sheets of 54" Drywall comparatively stand at 4ft 6"inches. For properties or individual floors with odd height measurements, 54" Drywall, at the thickness needed, will be incorporated to minimize the amount of joints needed to be covered during the Taping & Mudding process

  • Water-Resistant Drywall

If you're seeking to use a drywall solution for your bathroom, there are unique sheets of drywall with water and mould resistant properties that can be installed:

  • Blueboard

The most affordable option. Blueboard, though we mainly use it on tubs, is fine to be installed around showers as well. This is what we most commonly install, and what we generally recommend if the choice for water-resistant drywall is open

    Durock

Though more commonly used in and around fireplaces, Durock Cement Board is a serviceable option to use for your bathroom's standup shower and/or tub, that falls in the middle of the cost range.

    Densshield

The most expensive of the available options, however it's the highest quality. We would recommend installing Denssheild for a standing shower, however it's more than you need for a standard tub; and in that case, we would advise installing one of the other options, unless specified

  • Drywall Returns

Drywall Returns, or otherwise referred to as Window Returns. As long as the framing is in place, Drywall can be installed in the space to provide a beautiful, trimless finish to your windows.
